Pizzeria and Grill

Hi, my name is Alka Lammes.  My husband, Eric, and I would like to welcome you to try our Corral Pizzeria and Grill.  We are quickly becoming known for our homemade dough, the unique flavor of our pizza sauce, and lots of fresh vegetables. 

Our dough is made from fresh ingredients and no egg products are used.  We roll out the crust when it’s ordered - never frozen - so you can enjoy the taste of a fresh-baked crust.  We offer two sizes, 12” and 16”.  Our Calzone is made from the same homemade dough, using whole ricotta cheese.

Our sauce starts with a thick tomato base and then we add our own spices to bring you the unique flavor that will make you want to keep coming back for more.

Our Grill offers many other items as well:  the Philly Cheese Steak is sure to become one of your favorites - make it a wrap or enjoy it on a 6” bun.  Make it a combo, and we’ll even bring it to your door!

Be bold and think outside the crust.  Our Loaded Baked Potato Pizza starts with a sour cream base, then we add slices of potato, cooked bacon, green onions, and generously top it with mild cheddar cheese.  That’s only the beginning of our specialty pizzas!

Loaded Baked Potato Pizza

We spread our crust with a sour cream base; top it with sliced potatoes, real bacon, green onions and mild cheddar cheese.  If your kids fight over potato skins, they will love this pizza.  For an extra spice, add jalapeños!

Veggie Lovers Pizza

Our homemade dough generously topped with tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, red onions, spinach, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and green onions.

Basil / Alfredo Pizza

We layer our dough with a unique blend of basil pesto and Alfredo sauce, layer it with our garlic-rosemary chicken, artichokes, tomatoes, and top it off with our mozzarella cheese blend.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Our famous homemade crust spread with Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, chopped spinach, topped with our mozzarella cheese blend.
